Fixed missing test for sincosf() that prevented the code to compile on MacOS (thanks to C.Aspin). 

Added support for RADESYS WCS keyword (non-standard RADECSYS still supported).
Fixed display precision issues with SPREAD_MODEL.
Pushed version number to 2.14.4.
